Returns & Refund Policy

At Naveed Dawakhana, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns and Refund Policy before placing your order to understand our guidelines.


1. No Returns for Opened Items
Due to health and hygiene concerns related to herbal products, we cannot accept returns for any items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


2. Damaged or Wrong Deliveries
If your order arrives:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incomplete or includes the wrong item

Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide relevant photos as proof. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a partial refund based on the situation.


3. Refund Conditions
Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • The product you ordered is unavailable or out of stock

  • A damaged or incorrect item was delivered and a return has been approved

Approved refunds will be issued within 7 business days to your original mode of payment.


4. Items Not Eligible for Refund

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Items bought during sales, bundles, or promotional offers

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Herbal medicines that have been opened or used


5. Policy Revisions
Naveed Dawakhana may revise this policy when needed. Any updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
